Building strong partnerships with our school & community
At St Ives Public School (or as we are affectionately known ‘SIPS’), we believe that strong partnerships between families, staff, and the wider community play a key role in our children’s success. The Parents & Citizens (P&C) Association is dedicated to fostering these connections and supporting our school through fundraising, events, and volunteer efforts.
Who We Are
The P&C is made up of parents, caregivers, and community members who are passionate about enhancing the educational experience at St Ives Public School and is led by our executive team. Together, we work to ensure our children have access to the best resources, programs, and facilities to help them thrive.
What We Do
We collaborate with the school to fund and organise:
- Educational resources and equipment
- School events and activities
- Upgrades to school facilities
- Advocacy on behalf of parents and the school community
Our efforts help ensure that SIPS continues to provide an engaging and supportive learning environment for all students.
How You Can Get Involved
We encourage all parents and community members to join us at our P&C meetings, volunteer at events, or share ideas for improving our school. Your input and participation make a real difference!
